A rarity, produced through ageing by oxidation of exceptionally fine wines. A delicate Fino or Manzanilla where the ‘Flor’ does not completely form and breaks up. It ages therefore with the oxidative process, for a minimum of 20 years. Dark amber / bright mahogany colour. Combines the delicate, pungent nose of Amontillados with the structure and roundness of Olorosos. Clean and crisp taste.
