Burning Barn Spiced Rum

Burning Barn rum really is named after a barn, which burned down in September 2015. This catastrophe inspired the fruit proudcing family to turn their talents to spirits and create rums which reflect the heat and smoke of the barn fire (which was, prophetically, fuelled by sugar).

Based on the finest dark rum from Guyana then infused with a hand roasted blend of ginger, bird’s eye chilli, dark molasses, toasted coconut, allspice and vanilla.
