Semi-sparkling “frizzante” prosecco.
Light and delicious. The fruit is gentle as is the fizz. This is a delightful wine for quaffing, preferably in hot sunshine but it is equally at home in front of the fire for a little bit of affordable luxury.
Closed with the traditional “spago”closure: a long cork tied in with string. Because this is semi-sparkling the cork will need easing out with a corkscrew but beware it doesn’t pop. A flying cork is bad enough but imagine if it has a corkscrew attached!
