Offered at a very special price while stocks last and a silly case price of £75 for 6
Listrac-Medoc is a commune in the south of Medoc based on gravelly hills well suited to Cabernet Sauvignon which dominates the blend with Merlot and drop of Petit Verdot. This is a well structured Claret with dark fruits neatly integrated with mellow tannins and a long fruity finish, perfect for washing down a Sunday roast.
Why such a good price? Well… We were offered this earlier in the year and couldn’t resist. A small, fixed amount was available and we managed to get some of it. It was shipped to order so we cannot get any more. The property is now Chinese owned so most of the production is usually destined for the Chinese market. The current global crisis meant they were happy to sell a small consignment to the UK. So it’s not all bad news!
