Champagne Veuve Fourny 1ier Cru Blanc de Blanc

Truly up and coming stars of their generation. Emmanuel and Charles-Henry own and lease 12 hectares of 1er Cru vineyards in the Cotes des Blancs, and all around Vertus. The average age of their vines is 30 years. Only the first pressing (cuvée) is used, all “tailles” are discarded. All of their wines receive a minimum of 3 years ageing prior to disgorgement and a further six months “on the cork”.  Deliciously full and creamy.
