Burgozone is a boutique family winery perched on the slopes of the Danube river in Northern Bulgaria, overlooking the island of Esperanto. Fun fact, Burgozone is named after the Roman fortress built on the ancient Roman road Via Istrum. As an independent grower-producer they produce a modern and elegant style of Bulgarian wines.
Côte du Danube Cabernet Sauvignon is dominated by red fruits and spices, with an elegant and fruity finish. It’s the one to go for if you’re BBQ-ing in summer or to pair with anything mushroomy in winter.
