Katarzyna Estate is the first Bulgarian cellar with a wine is rated over 90 points by Robert Parker, and over 300 honors won, making it one of the most awarded Bulgarian cellars.
Wine making brothers Svilen and Ivan Kisyovy describe their vision for the winery like this –
“To use the traditional wine-making techniques to reveal the uniqueness of the vineyard and its terroir. To create wines that are homogeneous, well-balanced and express and emphasize the character of the region.”
Their Sauvignon Blanc has a concentrated fresh scent with notes of citrus, green pepper and green peach. The softness of taste is complemented by citrus freshness, and a long elegant finish.
