As much as we would like Cotes de Thongue to be near St Tropez it isn’t – it’s actually in Languedoc!
This delightful 30 hectare property is owned and run by the expert oenologist Monsieur Roc Anglade.
The wine is Côte de Thongue, Indication Géographique Protégée, and the vineyards are located 60km southwest of Montpellier, very close to the sea. None of the wines go through malolactic fermentation in order to retain acidity and freshness. The Cuvée des 4 Saisons Rosé is made by the saignée method from 100% Grenache Noir, delicious and very pale in colour.
