Benoit, Emmanuelle and Lise Chauveau have just two hectares in Coteaux de Giennois where they produce fresh, lively Sauvignon Blanc on the limestone clay soil (hence the name ‘Calcaire’) of the Loire. This wine has much in common taste-wise with its famous neighbour Sancerre, but a more approachable price tag.
The domain holds many awards and certifications for its high environmental standards, sustainability and commitment to independent winemaking. Values that are right up our street!
