Yes, it’s Canadian!
Haywire wines are made at Christine Coletta and Steve Lornie’s state-of-the-art Okanagan Crush Pad winery by Matt Dumayne and a little help from consulting winemaker Alberto Antonini.
Following a ‘less is more’ philosophy the wine is made using wild yeast and fermented in concrete ‘eggs’ (that’s a good thing) before being bottled in its purest state.
Lively ripe berry fruit, spice and earthy tones dominate this world-class wine.
