Hollick’s vineyard adjacent to Bond Road (hence the name) in Coonawarra enjoys a long, cool growing season which yields this elegant and classic Chardonnay.
Barrel fermented on its lees in French oak for six months, it’s seriously creamy and complex on the palate, with fresh citrus and nutty notes. A little (intentional!) malolactic fermentation aids this deliciously blurry mouth feel to great effect.
Luxuriously mouth filling, this is Australian white at its best.
