‘Il Folle’ means ‘the mad one’ (think ‘the fool’ and it should become obvious!)– wild, gregarious and full of sun drenched Sicilian personality.

This wine embodies the best of the Sicilian landscape and warm southern character, and is brimming with flavour and freshness.

It’s made from hand picked Grillo grapes from the hills surrounding the town of Marsala. This wine seduces the palate with elegant aromas of exotic flowers and tropical fruits.

Perfect with shellfish, calamari, white meat or just on it’s own!
