Located in the beautiful village of Échevronne between Beaune and Nuits-Saint- Georges, the family vineyards (Jean-Louis’s two sons Frédéric and Laurent are now in charge but he remains hands-on among the vines) span 14 hectares in small parcels across Burgundy’s most prestigious sites.

Certified organic by Ecocert since 2011, the Féry family are obsessed with quality, and it shines through in this wine. Violets and spice are plentiful on the nose , giving way to cranberries, ripe red cherry and fresh raspberry on the palate.

Try serving this slightly cooler than you would most reds.
