Kaiken was founded by legendary Chilean winemaker Aurelio Montes in 2002.
The estate vineyards are situated in both Mendoza and further south into the Uco Valley, with grapes for this traditional method sparkling wine sourced from the renowned Uco sub-region of Gualtallary.
Here limestone-rich soils and altitudes of around 1,400 metres above sea level provide optimal conditions for growing Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
A crisp and green-apple filled fizz with characteristic ‘buttery biscuit’ nose. A great, cost-effective alternative to Champagne for aperitifs, toasts, or just because you fancy it!
