A happy union of Öküzgözü and Boğazkere, two Turkish grape varieties known respectively as ‘throat scraper’ (tight and dry!) and ‘bullseye’ (full and wibbly!).

The combination is exactly what is needed, to produce a bold wine with tons of ripe cherry and dried plum flavours.
