Lamoreaux Landing have been collaborating with nature in the Finger Lakes for over 30 years (that’s a long time in US winemaking terms!) to produce some of the best cool climate single varietal wines out there.
Their pure and pristine unoaked Cabernet Franc is driven by intense, bright fruit flavours of black cherry and ripe blueberry. It’s perfectly balanced with a subtle smoke that persists on the palate.
The flavour profile is achieved through carbonic maceration and stainless steel tank aging, specifically in Tank #23, hence the name.
