High proof, gold coloured American corn Whiskey aged for 4 years before being bottled in bond (we are not sure why, but watch this space we may find the answer).

The “mashbill” is a minimum of 81% corn with the remainder being a combination of malted barley and rye.

At 50% ABV you get a lot of bang for your buck!
