Rigal 1755 Original Vin Orange Gros Manseng

‘Vin Orange’ is a white wine made made like a red, with extended skin contact. It uses wild yeasts, minimal added sulphur and and a minimum intervention approach,. The nose is full of white peach and citrus, giving way to a long, complex, slightly bready finish.

Try it as an aperitif or with a cheeseboard.

(As you may have guessed from the name, the Rigal family have been making wine in Cahors since 1755!)
