Sake Akashi-Tai Honjozo

A medium bodied sake with hints of citrus and straw. Best enjoyed hot.  Warm it by pouring some in a cup and and then placing the cup hot water for 5 to 10 minutes.

At a resent tasting we were amazed at the fruit flavours achievable from polished rice.  It’s like wine with no acidity.
