A “glou glou” or “vin de soif” is a bright, fruity style of wine, best served chilled and glugged down when you are thirsty!
Made from whole bunches of organically farmed Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon left to ferment naturally in tank for 3 weeks. The wine is bottled without filtering or fining and without the addition of sulphur*, however comes out clean and bright.
*Even though there is no added sulphur it still “contains sulfites” that’s because its a natural thing on the grapes… which only goes to show.
