Vouvray Demi-Sec Maison Peltier

The Peltier family have been producing wine in the Val-de-Loire for four generations, with brothers Jean-Marie, Vincent and Michel in charge since 1990.

They describe their demi-sec as ‘atypical’, we describe it as ‘the one David can’t stop taking home!’ Perfectly balanced, fresh but with the characteristic lush softness of the style. Serve it at cellar temperature (around 11°) rather than chilled to really enjoy the full flavour.
