Covering just 12 hectares, Sébastien’s vineyards are  managed according to sustainable principles. He takes a hands-off approach in the cellar using minimal oak to let his immaculate terroir speak for itself.

This is fresh, focused Burgundy at its best – expect hints of baked apple and citrus and the tiniest nuttiness on the finish.
