Dorset’s answer to prosecco! Using late season Dorset apples from old orchards, this is a full bodied naturally sparkling keeved cider.

(Curious about keeving? It’s the ultimate way to produce naturally sparkling, naturally sweet cider – Only cider apples are used; no sugar, no water, just the juice. The keeving process involves the formation of a pectin gel, which floats to the top of fresh pressed apple juice and traps nitrogen. This is removed before bottling!)
