Miguel Perez Gerrada gave up his job as a scientist to concentrate on making the best Priorat. Robert Parker already rates the tiny estate in the top 10% of the area’s best wines.
Made from a mix of grapes but mainly Grenache, however this being Catalan they call it Garnaxia. Also has a bit of Syrah and Carignan.
We’re not sure what the ants on the label are all about though…
